The condo has a kitchenette, a pull out Queen sleeper sofa, a massage chair and a HD flat screen TV with DVD in the living room area and a Queen bed, a desk with a high speed internet computer and a tv in the bedroom area. There is a privacy screen to separate the 2 areas. The bathroom has a vanity area, a walk in closet, safe, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.

Amenities: Heated pool, Internet access, Boat slip rental may be available at an additional cost. Jolly Trolly stops in front of the condo.

Balcony, BBQ Grill, Cable tv, Stereo with CD, On site Laundry Room, Hairdryer, Iron, Coffee Maker, Ice Shaver and blender for tropical drinks, Large Custom Dining/Gaming table. Linens, towels, and beach towels included. Elevator.

Attractions: Within walking distance are Beachfront Tiki Bars, nightclubs with live music, comedy clubs, sports bars, waterfront restaurants, miniature golf, jet ski and power sail rentals, beach access, liquor store, and drug store.

The Jolly Trolley tours Clearwater Beach and Sand Key and picks you up in front of the condo. Sand Key Park is just over the bridge and has a large beach, dog play area and picnic shelters with grills.

Within driving distance are the Clearwater Aquarium, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowery Park Zoo, and also both Major and Minor League Baseball, Football and Hockey games.
